Nothing major in this, I just got rid of the client crash when exiting an event in which a custom decal was downloaded; I also changed the parameters of the new code that keeps NPC cars close together in the wilderness, so they don't leave themselves so exposed (hopefully) - as ever, your feedback on the wilderness AI is always welcome..

Sam,

People will curse my name for this, but since when do I care.

Okay, about the wilderness AI. Around canyons, its possible to make them fall in, by riding the lip (or edge). I think it's an exploit.

LOL ... is there a way to keep darth and task from falling in too? They've both fallen into a canyon with the npc's while I was scouting with them...

Remember what goes for NPC's goes for PC's!

While I like the fact that this makes the enemy AI more challenging, and that it makes my favoured tactics (flee until all but one of your enemies have passed beyond 500 meters) more difficult to use, it seems that this is going to make divide and conquer tactics a bit too difficult. I've only done a few runs, but the enemy sticks together so well that I've found it is exceedingly hard to make them split up.

And while this is certainly very realistic, it should be AI-personality-based. Some bandit gangs (and some bandits in particular) should be gung-ho enough to just thunder along in our wake even if their pals flee or are divided.

You know, bandits gang like the Empire... ;)

I still crash any time I enter an event with decals I haven't downloaded yet.
