The winning team, if the combat finishes early, gets their score multiplied by 1.5. But only the cars they have left in the arena at that time.. I would also recommend never giving-up a game because you have no ammo, the other team will then win the match. I experienced the same situation than you Dan and finally the match was a draw because I stayed.
