As the sun begins to set in Somerset a strange wail begins to fill the air along with the flashing of red and blue lights, within minutes the outline of a 94 Crown Victoria can be seen speeding through the sands. The car rushes through the gates and drifts into a parking spot near Dexter's with stunning grace you wouldn't expect out of such a large sedan, it's door flies open and a young cadet rushes towards Dexter's in a near frantic manner. *Upon recognizing the insignia of his fellow officers at a table within Dexter's Cadet Kinzel addresses A sergeant only known as 'The Whistler'* "Sir I come bearing news of a brand new fleet of muscle cars coming in from the deep south! There are many, not only enough for the HPDF but for the locals here too!" Cadet Kinzel said dutifully. "Boy we live in Phoenix central, we don't need none... No sunrises either, impounds already full up of em, scrap mor'n we sell of either of'm!" Whistler said begrudgingly. "Sir I don't mean common rides, I mean serious machines, freshly built from the deep south. There's five Moray's, a pike, and an Eaton on their way now... I just showed up in the most chromed out squad car I've ever seen, there's a fleet of 6 ospreys being fitted as we speak, and many many more to come. Has to be at least fourty of em total. And they're all slotted to be delivered here over the next few weeks!" Exclaimed Cadet Kinzel excitedly "Cadet where the hell did all these cars come from? Where exactly?" Whistler inquired with shock. "They came from Sarsfield, Firelight, and quite a few of the work camps that sponsor the force too sir 'The Alley's has been real good to us. They're being shipped here to HQ to outfit not just us but the locals too so we all can keep the bandits at bay as a community" Cadet Kinzel replied hurriedly. "Son you did real damn good. Rest up for now and once the first wave of rides get here gather the group of drivers and get back to the south... We'll take care of things here. Get em in capable drivers hands fast as they'll take em." Whistler replied. "Damn market tellers gonna strangle the daylights outta me by the time this is over" "Sir do we have to sell the squad car though? She's a real mean ride" Kinzel said with concern "Hell no, she"s gonna be our flagship moving forward. She ain't goin nowhere for under 22 million." Whistler stated reassuringly "Now run along, lotta work to do!"
