Ok so i took groto over this friday it says in my camp Rec bonus to Scouting and also Training bonus to scouting ... i got a leader 300 with Rec level 3... Today i had the free training bonus been waiting for it. and i pulled a low stat As in str dex and speed. and also only had a scouting skill of 20? Whats that about? even if it was 25 i feel like id still be saying something.. a leader with level 3 rec and the town bonus and i pulled nothing? Someone care to explain to me what i'm doing wrong?

If you lose a battle here, you keep the hex but your camp buildings take some damage, and a random selection of vehicles and other stuff is stolen. If all buildings are destroyed, you lose the camp. But in reality it will take several combats for that to happen, so you'll have plenty of time to rebuild or close pvp.

You did nothing wrong. The recruit boost happens only some of the time (randomly): you'll get more than 50 in the skill and there will be a notification in your camp activities.
