I think a use for medical supplies would be good - perhaps to buy cybernetic /prosthetic limbs In hospitals so Ganger goes from ‘one leg missing -15’ to ‘prosthetic leg -10’ or ‘cybernetic leg -5’ after a week to have the operation.

Could also be used to boost healing rate in camps somehow.

If ammo for rare weapons was limited a bit, a hex with an old military base could generate rare ammo or ‘gunpowder’ resource and it would make ammo factories actually useful.

Nice. Keep these coming: we want a varied list of ideas here; having a lot of different resources scattered around the map has a lot of potential, I think.

Also, the way you tie some backstory in (old military base) is good, and is exactly what Harry has been doing with the list of ideas he is drafting.

This brings up the FB Darkwind post of medi-packs and prosthetics. These would be a nice find on a hex square.

i like the idea, but what about pirate prosthetics? :p
lose an eye? heres an eyepatch
lose a leg? heres a plank
lose a hand? heres a hook

also, how come your peds cant put a bandaid or gauze on there wounds unless theres a staunching specced medic when they have medicine in the trunk? guessing hard to code in but still its redonkulous

Mutant Village - Mutant recruitment vouchers
Traders village - Causes a Jake's style NPC shop to spawn in your camp
Ancient Battleground - periodically find damaged chassis
Ancient Library - once every few months get a specialism voucher - lets a character get a spec without 50 skill
Ancient Sneaker factory - gives speed vouchers

The sneakers would be ped equipment, rather than permanent skill modifiers

CURSED ITEMS some dont have to be all good, like a pheramone powder marked low yield nuke, everyone thinks it acts like a weapon that has effect of a exploding lorry or something launched in a mortar at enemy camp, next thing ya know its just a pooff of a cloud then hundreds of bugs start attacking everyone, or finding what looks like a hospital, but really a genetic mad doctors lab and it causes a plague, (think migititus, everyone gets groinal rash for a year)

CAR PARTS could break em into multiple parts found in set areas or random or salvager levels or something, increase town markets that way you might need to trade region to region and to assemble car parts for camp productions.

could do same thing with ep, plastics, stone, water purity, food quality, feul grade, scrap grade ABC with seperate kind for buildings, and probly many more.

HERO POINTS the more you collect town to town you will be able to buy certain stuff not on market, really want to get a firetruck collect a certain amount of hp from every region and be able get one or whatever super rare stuff ya want? make them tradeable, ill trade 20 ss hero points for 5 texan hero points, could be used for truces, yeah ill sell ya hero points from faction that likes me for you to truce thru that area.
