Oof. just start a ban list. I have people i don't won't join public scouts with. They are entitled to there style, but I only like losing my stuff when I mess up.

Exactly why I made this post. I'm ok if i mess up and lose stuff but when I'm leading a scout and people don't listen or help out, not so much. I get it it's just a game but I've invested a serious amount of time in it and like I said on FB I'm tired if people who can't or won't get on the same page.

Have you considered the possibility you aren't prepared to be leading your own group scouts yet? Might be an idea to stay with veterans until you can carry more weight.

Agree with zazul on this, you ran a 1500 CR scout, didn't have a scout of your own of any skill and didn't ensure anyone else brought one. You had an arbitrary rule of nothing larger than an ape which I tried telling you before you left a vet with a buzzer will kill much more than his own CR and make things easier, instead you had massive CR with weaker cars and no scout.

You should spend time training up multiple scouts and multiple leaders doing many travels with fast cars 3.2 flashes are the easiest IMO you can have 10 50+ scouts in a week or two.

Leading your own scout implies you're competent enough with your crew and skill that you trust yourself to allow others to join you on your adventure. In my opinion, if you run an event without knowing at least half the squad is capable of holding their own, you deserve to learn the lesson the hard way. YOU announced your event, YOU allowed these people to join your squad, and YOU launched that squad into combat.

Still, and you should know this Gates, people come along and then goof off. You've called me on doing it in your scouts. If people are not listening to him, that's not his fault. There are two sides to this. People should undersand that a group scout requires a group effort. Even when I'm with your 5 FE in my buzzer that can't this ####, I still line up and fire rounds. I'm trying as best I can to help. People that go on group scouts in SS and then muck about (like bring three busted cars to a muscle scout with no guns to drive loot home. Yes, that's happened.) Should be chastised.

That being said. There isn't an aspect in this game that you don't have to fail at once or twice to get good at it. It's the very draw of this game. That includes hosting group scouts. You'll do better next time.

Still, part of leading a scout is being aware of what your team is bringing to battle. I personally inspect each vehicle players bring when I host and if im unsure of their gang skill i always assure I have enough skill/rigs to carry the scout solo if needed. Also don't hesitate to ask people to bring less/ swap crap cars out before launching. At the end of the day you are responsible for the success of the run, blaming others for failure is just bad leadership.

Period. If you can't carry the event yourself, then emphasis on checking every vehicle to ensure nobody is doing stupid bull***t becomes more important than ever.
