don't scout alone until you have a scout with a skill of at least 30
don't scout with only other new people don't get too attached to your early gangers never get too attached to your equipment... it is worth far less than your people ask for help |

Also observe recordings from experienced players to learn setups and methods of play. Everyone has different styles and this can help you develop your own. |

If you find yourself getting overwhelmed by the enemy in your early scouts, try hunting traders and ignore the runners. You'll get less loot but your gunners will be under less stress and be able to gain skill more effectively with less risk. Also don't be afraid to take advantage of the beautiful seamless maps in DW, there's plenty of room to find cover and let the enemy spread a bit giving you the numbers advantage. |
