It is not just leadership that determines the leader of the gang for the scout, I have proven that, does anyone know what it is? I have a feeling Courage comes into it (this is kinda hinted at in the wiki) and I am thinking CR of the car might also impact it. Any thoughts would be nice, as i am trying to make a new young leader.
