Been away from this wonderful game for about 5ive years and come back to a gang with an age range of 40-64, no one in better health than "worn down", and all but six of them who have some level of drug addiction.
I did the tutorial and some races just to get the controls back and have hired some new crew. I would love to do some solo scouting again but not sure about taking these haggard old farts out and I know my new recruits are not ready for that yet. I have never had to deal with a crew of drug addicts before because I would always send them to get cleaned up at the first sign of drug use but these old guys are not worth the hassle of trying to get them clean. Other than just saying "screw it, if they die they die" and tips for this returning vet/newbie? What can I expect from the drug addicts in the field? 55555 |

You could send those old farts off to a camp and let them work there till they die off. I have a few camps that could use them, lol. In return I could get you some gear to help get you going again. | ||||||

I am a member of Heavy Metal Headquarters - a camp I used to own as The Pentagon, and a request to join The Black Stump since I somehow have someone there but have not yet received a response to my request to join.
I would be happy to send my guys to your camp(s). Two of them in SS have Mech skill (146* and 158*), in GW (151* and 180*), Texan (101* and 320) and Sars (141*). The rest of my crew has little to no Mech experience so not sure that they would be worth anything at camp. If you are interested in any of them, and can transport them to your camps, I will give you access to add them to your vehicles, if you remind me how to do that. 55555 |

Use the old farts to train the new guys in SS. One old guy and one new guy as your gunners.Old guys keep your new guys alive long enough to skill up a bit. GL! |

I just read in the wiki about the mentoring of low skills gangers by older high skilled gangers. I had forgotten about this so I switched my training all around to take advantage of this benefit. |

Thanks for the offer but Awefense got him. Couple of new questions. Is running the game through Steam better/more stable than the old client app that I have saved to my desktop? When doing a multi car scout, which key allows you go back and forth between your cars so you don't have to click each car with the mouse? 55555 |

I don't use steam and things run good for me. < > keys will toggle through your vehicles. |
