*The X Man* Posted Oct 31, 2016, 10:05 pm	Its been a buyers market lately. The price seems reasonable, $900K, but CHR would be harder to gauge due to different players value on CHR. Selling it depends on your needs for cash or CHR. Only way to know for sure is to post it in the market and drop some comments in the lobby to perk some interest.
