The mission Baby Steps starts with the player being tasked to bring something to the Training Center in Elmsfield. Scavs can do that part, but can't get step 2 of the mission because we're not allowed inside the Training Center. I wasn't paying close attention to my EL lockup, so I'm not sure what the prize was, if anything, for completing this first part. Not sure if it's worth trying to fix, but it's something that could happen in other missions too.
