Morgan NPC Gangs

For those of you who actively defend or scout out of Morgan, you will start to see some new faces. New gangs have been added of all types and factions. So, take a little time to do a run or two and get familiar with the new guys in town. Will they end up becoming your Allie or Enemy, the choice is yours.

is there a new game mechanism allowing NPC gangs to Ally with us? or was that just flair in how you were referring to their faction allegiance and such? I'd find it fun to have an NPC car to spawn in the middle of a defense and join 1 side or the other.

Like People's Asset Recovery showing up to "recover" some of the Firelight Manhunters' equipment

Just a little RP spice added on how you may want to handle your rep between the factions in Morgan. The last thing you would want is to have a bounty placed on your head up here.

I would be absolutely amused and terrified if some of the second spawns we used to get (that apparently no longer happen) were a third party (AI or player intercept).  That would cause all kinds of chaos.
