I did 1 bad thing there but...
How i made it to work: - Get win zip version - Unzip it and run it on windows once - move that folder to your linux - run 'wine darkwindClient.exe' Everything works except sound volume settings (its always at max when you start the client) Someone just tried to unzip the win version directly under linux and toldme there was no "darkwindClient.exe"... thats why maybe we have to endure having to install it on win. Would be nice having an "official" download with that file by default. EDIT: In the meantime, and if someone wants it Darkwind i uploaded a zip with all needed files |

Gonna have to give it a whirl sometime with the much newer builds of Wine (like 3.0 and 3.3dev) |

Dark-wind works under wine -> Steam, or at least play-on-linux's steam. Just launch with the steam ID number like. "-applaunch <id>" under arguments or as an argument to install if your steam browser doesn't work. |

2020 update*
Both versions steam & local folder installation work. BUT They broke the system completely. First application ever i find that completely breaks my debian. After a few encounters all get locked and all i can do is using reset/power button. So something has gone a bit wrong. |
