The following tweaks and changes will be made in the next day or two:

- 'soft-capping' of many specialisms that previously stacked linearly in terms of their effect. This is only being done to the specialisms that were becoming over-powered at levels 4+. The result is that each additional level of spec will contribute less to the effect, but at no point does a new level of spec contribute nothing.

- singled out for special attention are pyro and defensive energy which are getting a reduction in effect generally.

- tweaking of some big pickup settings: specifically, to counteract its extreme maneuverability and braking, its tyre settings are being brought in-line with other vehicles.

- up/down firing arcs are being changed, from the current approx +45/-45 degrees, to approx +40/-30 degrees. This will obviously have quite an effect on combats on certain terrains, so I'm trying to be cautious with this change. It can be re-tweaked later.

- Note that, following healthy and mature debate, the sniper spec will remain useful for all types of weapons. Like many other specs it will now be soft-capped, however, to stop it getting overpowered at high levels.
