Gizmet Posted Jul 11, 2013, 11:42 pm	The best way is win an ANC event, Amature Night Combat if you don't know. Now, with that being said, this is scav and if you have played normal at all it is NOT nearly as easy. I am not saying this to scare you off, I am saying this so that you don't do what I did when I first started playing scav. I won an ANC and went out and solo scouted, got my car destroyed and my gangers killed. The best thing to do is get a Phoenix, equip it with two MGs and go out with another scav player. OR get two phoenix's equipped with two MGs and solo scout. I find that keeps the CR low and you can typically handle what gets sent at you. -Gizmet
