Just wondering if anyone who has tried a combat versus the new NPC vehicles such as the Desert Tank or the Constrictor, has a comment? Are they too tough, or do they add an extra challenge that's about right? |

They're combat vehicles. Not new chassis, just new configurations, for example a landrunner with anti-tank gun and heavy machine gun. Previously the NPCs were using asps in the arena, and getting annihilated. I have now made a distinction in their choice between combat and deathracing vehicle. |

The sunrises with lasers, rockets, and smokescreen were the new one?
So, hmm, not really hard or easy to beat.. It was just a big battle and mess ! ![]() And you saw that sam ! ![]() |

dj: no, those sunrises with lasers have been around for a while, and they're now classed as deathracers, so you won't see them in arenas any more. The new combat vehicles are truely nasty, as wolf will explain.. ;-)
I have just increased the price that NPCs have to pay to hire their cars, so we will start to see a mix of cars being used by them. The more successful NPC gangs will use the best cars, while those that aren't doing so well will be forced to use worse cars. |
