The way DW:Scavenger will work is that you will have two separate gangs; one is a normal gang and one is a Scav gang.
You control one at a time, and switch between them from the 'My Gang' webpage. When you switch between your two gangs, please: 1. exit and re-enter the lobby 2. make sure that your 'uncontrolled' gang is not launched into any events, as you probably won't be able to control its vehicles Basically, be careful to play with one or the other at a time, don't try to juggle them as you could end up locked out of your vehicles. |

Seems i can't find the option to switch to scavenger mode.
Maybe it's because i have a travel (but all encouters already made) ? |

ok, i read the post, and i thougt it was open for everyone.
No worry about this. BUT... I really, really , really hope, every beta team will be destroyed when the beta ends, and that we all have to start from scratch at the same time. I would'nt understand some teams could start (once open) with already skilled gangers from betas, while i'll have to start from scratch. What motivates me the most in this scavenger mode is the fresh start from everybody at the same time. |

I am sure this will be the case, we are just ironing out the kinks, we didnt even have a vehicle to start with untill sam arranged some hires, when this goes live starter vehicle packs will probably be in place etc.
So your fears of an elite established scavenger group of players shouldnt be the case, i agree all members even beta testers should start from scratch |

Looking forward to this. After almost 2 years, I am still nowhere near the endgame in "normal" DW (whatever it is--I'm not bored yet, I'll tell you that), but it will be cool to be in on the ground floor of something here. | ||

Heya, just subbed on sept 2, and As a new subs it was flashing at me in my gangs menu... so I made one... Seems now that i read about them it makes sense I am trapped in town with my basic outfitting and no vechical(s)
I dont think I am ready for it, but as it stands its a moot point snice I cannot do anything. Tho i am willing to poke at it, after all dying is half the fun.... so I guess I am limited to that half of the fun =( |

your allowed to recuit as often as you want until you have 6 ( or 8 i forget) gangers, then it's down to 1 free ganger every 5 days | ||
