There a few bits 'n pieces in here:

1. You can now boot players from your event if you're doing a solo wilderness event: rightclick their name in the players list for the option
2. The - and + buttons are used to modify the field of view (essentially, for zooming in and out - not something I bothered with before since you can move your camera anywhere - but also potentially for taking more interesting wide-angle/narrow-angle screenshots)
3. A new wilderness map, near Texan, called "Oil Slick." Many thanks to wolfsbane for this one!

Cool Sam!

Just moved a crew out that way now, I love new maps.

Excellent, been looking forward to this. Is there any way to view the recent scouts on a given map? Yes, I want to gloat :)

Actually having watched a couple of replays, I may need to move some of the path markers a bit too. The AI seem even more eager than usual to drive straight into the oil pits.

They should start to automatically improve their pathing after playing on the map a bit, wolf.

Wolf-
Great job on the map. I just scouted it. Pretty unique.

How about making a wilderness map tutorial? Your mission builder one was great, but didnt get into wilderness maps.

Yeah, I was thinking about doing a tutorial when I get more time. It would be a lot less effort this time round, because I don't need to explain all the basic controls again. I need to write down all the stuff I worked out about how to do automatically-generated terrain textures before I forget it, too.

It would be cool to get more people making wilderness maps. They're easier to set up than racetracks, since they don't need accurate racelines and checkpoints.

Also, I can add wilderness maps without affecting the game in the way that adding racetracks would affect the leagues.

With the dynamic patching system we're using, these maps can be added with no universal patch or impact on the size of the basic download.

10+ maps per area ... woot, how cool would that be :D

The biggest problem for me with the mission builder is that once you stop using it, you quickly forget the shortcuts and how things work. When I was playing with it, I eventually got the hang of it after many hours of trial and error, but after not using it for a few months, am back to square one. Fortunately I still have Wolf's first tutorial printed up to help me remember...

Changing field of view wont work correctly for me.

+ and - on the numpad just scroll up/down.

+ on the keyboard does nothing
- works, it increases the field of view
