This patch adds Elmsfield's first racetrack (The Speed Circuit) as well as several new wilderness maps which are exclusively for scouting (not travel). Also, I have patched in the vehicle models with level-of-detail which should help frame-rates for people with older hardware. The starting grid has also been fixed on junkyard#3, so that the first corner is less likely to be a pileup. The new racetrack will start being used for professional events from next week, and is available for ladder events now (make sure you have some characters in elmsfield though!) Since the current leagues are Somerset, you won't see this track turning up in them.
